Congressman Elijah Cummings (MD 7th District) will speak at Jon Weinstein’s 2010 kickoff fundraiser. Howard County’s House District 9A is contained within the Maryland 7th Congressional District. One interesting connection is that Jon interviewed Congressman Cummings for the book he co-authored on management in the federal government. The event is hosted by Drs. Barbara and Marty Wasserman at their home on March 20 at 3pm. Marty is a former Secretary of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (1994-1999). Jon is proud to have the support of great public servants like Congressman Cummings and Dr. Wasserman.
